The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Anthony Inverso can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Vince Wagner
Condolence: My sincere condolences to a great friend, great co-worker, and wonderful man. Tony worked with many of us at Delaval for many years (decades actually) and together we shared more adventures and laughs than we remember.
Dolores and family can rest assured that he lives on in all our thoughts and prayers.
We even forgive him for scaring us to death by never watching the road while driving. Somehow the car seemed to know where to go, because Tony sure wasn't paying attention. But we got there in the end and now he's enjoying his well earned reward. Hope we'll meet up again when it's our time as well.
Vince Wagner

Condolence: The world has lost one of its true gentleman. Anthony was the true and statistician for the family. I always looked forward to his emails and thought to myself that I literally learned more relevant facts about history from him than I did from any other source. You will be sorely missed by everyone, Anthony. Rest in peace.

Condolence From: Ethna and Peter Meredith
Condolence: Our deepest sympathy on the passing of dearest Anthony. Anthony was one of the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. We always had a great time with him, it was so special to be in his company. We enjoyed every minute with him and our family and had the pleasure of celebrating his 90th birthday with him. We enjoyed our strolls in the parks and trips to all the attractions. You will be sadly missed Anthony and fondly remembered. May you rest in peace. Love always Ethna and Peter Meredith, Mam and Dad, Nana and Granddad

Condolence: Deepest sympathy and heartfelt love from Ireland - Dear Didi, Jan, Val, Barb, Pete, Jake and Ben.
Tony was a wonderful, kind and generous person. He was a fountain of information and nothing was ever too much trouble- he delighted in showing up with doughnuts every morning we were there or taking us out to breakfast (or both). My fondest memory has to be sharing our Birthday parties on our last visit - Tony was 86 and I was 40. What a great party we had for the November babies ! Goodbye Tony - you are in our prayers. Love Juliet, Ciaran, Shannon and Amy.

Condolence From: Russell & Paula Sgro
Condolence: Some of my earliest and fondest childhood memories are of my cousin Anthony. He would stop by our house in West Philadelphia and pick me up and take me to a playground in Cobbs Creek. My favorite memory is from my first day of school. There were no busses and we had to walk home. I was nervous and trying to be sure that I would walk in the right direction. Suddenly, there was Anthony in his car to drive me home. There was never a better human being on this earth!

Condolence: My dearest cousin, Anthony! I'm so sad that I won't be able to talk with you anymore, get your hugs, hear your voice on the phone saying, "How's my gorgeous cousin?" I love you and will miss you always. Thank you for your kindness, laughter and always taking care of everyone else!
